  • You already know us. Now it’s our turn to learn about you, your business, and your goals.

  • We’ll walk through your needs, answer questions, and make sure we’re the right fit.

  • Sign your contract, complete your initial payment, and join us for a 60-minute onboarding call to kick things off.

  • Over the next 3–5 weeks, our team will get your year-to-date bookkeeping caught up and squeaky clean.

  • By the 15th of every single month, you’re going to know your real profit, what you can safely pay yourself, and whether you can afford that hire you keep putting off.

    We exclusively work with QuickBooks Online because it’s the standard accounting software for interior design businesses. Its project tracking and integrations with tools like Houzz Pro and DesignFiles help you see exactly how each project is performing.

  • I'm behind on my books. Can you still help me?

    Yes. We’ll meet you where you are, clean up what needs fixing, and get your books organized and set up properly going forward. You’ll have a clear financial foundation built around your interior design business, so you can actually trust your numbers when making decisions.

  • Bookkeeper vs CPA: who does what?

    Your bookkeeper keeps a pulse on your finances and project profitability month over month. Your CPA files your taxes. We work alongside your CPA to make sure everything is organized and tax-ready, so there are no surprises. You get two professionals doing what they do best, with two sets of eyes on your finances.

  • What happens when it’s time to file taxes?

    We don’t file your taxes, but we work directly with your CPA to make sure your books are organized, accurate, and tax-ready. Each year, we prepare a comprehensive tax package for your CPA and coordinate with them directly, so tax season is smooth, organized, and stress-free.
